5. Undeliverable Packages
In cases where a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal, or unclaimed status:
We will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.
If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, we may process a refund, minus any original shipping fees.
